 So Yngvi Congealedinagutterson has a long and storied history for someone so young, owing to living in Kirkwall and his involvement first in the Carta, then later with the Boneflayers.  He's been part of the Boneflayers for several years, operating all over most of Thedas minus Qunari lands and Tevinter, and he's been around Skyhold since Bloomingtide, usually running odd jobs for Asher.

yoooooo Kit probably spent some time in Kirkwall after the Fifth Blight, delving into the Deep Roads on occasion or just spending some time in Dark Town. I'd be keen on sorting out whether he would have any history with Yngvi.

So Yngvi was in Kirkwall until 9:34 when he left during the Arishok rampage when he would've been 15/16ish. He kept really tight with his part of the Carta as a kid which was basically living in Dark Town with increasing amounts of work up top once he hit double digits, he's never been to the Deep Roads ever just like vaguely adjacent to get in for some Carta business with dusters so I'm down for run-ins when he was a young scamp with zero manners.
